Thanks for visiting my site.

I have always loved drawing and taking photographs. 

Over the years I have built up a collection of bird illustrations and photos and decided to build this website to show some of my work.

Primarily as the site name suggests this site will be about New Zealand birds but as you can see in the headers I have included an Australian section.

This site is an evolving project that I will continually update with new work.

I am a self taught artist, photographer and bird enthusiast  so all helpful comments, tips and corrections will be gratefully received.
